Which Application Process Is Best?
There are 4 different types of application that we can provide to a garment to create your branded clothing.
- Embroidery - This is the process of sewing a digitised design onto garments. Once we have your logo or design digitised it can be loaded into our computerised embroidery machines for sewing. It is excellent for polos, jackets, caps, knitwear etc. Embroidery will normally outlast any garment onto which it is applied.
- Heated Vinyl Press - This is the process of cutting high quality garment vinyl and heat pressing it onto the garment. You can chose a 1, 2 or 3 colour press and we have over 40 colours available to chose from. Vinyl will normally outlast any garment onto which it is applied and is washable up to 60⁰C.
- Screen Printing - This is the process of applying dye directly to the garments and then a heated press to seal the finish. An idea process for high quantities of the same garment. Screen printed items are washable up to 60⁰C and will last for over 100 washes.
- Laser Transfer - This is the most cost effective process but has some limitations. We print your logo, photo or design onto a Forever Digital Transfer then press it to the garment. We print a white background which means unlike a standard transfer process we can print onto coloured garments and not just white garments. There are also metallic and neon colours available in the transfer process. There is no need for cutting or weeding which is useful for the most intricate of designs or logos with gradients.
How Quickly Can It Be Done?
Depending upon stock levels of the garment and artwork we can usually turn garment around in 24 to 48 hours. If you are supplying your own clothing then we can put your branding directly onto that but we would recommend that the garment is new, not used and worn to achieve the best results (Please refer to our terms and conditions if you are supplying your own garments under section 21 (b)).
